CAVAS DEL 23 seeks to elaborate fine young wines without secondary wood maturation. Given its newcomer status in the viticultural market, Cavas del 23 currently produces two main varieties:

IMPERIO DE SENTIDOS (Empire of the Senses) young and fruity to appeal to the youthful consumer. Suitable as an after-office drink or as an aperitif.

BEVIAM, a more mature wine from select vineyards, perfect to accompany red meat or pasta. It has a strong personality and caters to the demanding connoisseur.

Our varieties address the current preference for strong round wines that preserve the aromas and flavors of terroir.

Our target is the discerning domestic consumer, which is why our wines are available only in the most exclusive stores, where the finesse of a boutique winery can be truly appreciated.
